Here at What Katy Baked, I pride myself not only on the design and finish of my wedding cakes, but also the taste and texture. Your wedding cake is perhaps the most important cake you'll ever have, so it should taste as good as it looks.

I offer a variety of wedding cake flavours from classics such as Madagascan vanilla and lemon and white chocolate, to more unique flavours such as sticky toffee and Bakewell tart for the more epicurious.

I use the highest quality ingredients, sourced from local, independent suppliers where possible. My wedding cakes are layered with delicious buttercream, and smooth Belgian chocolate ganache, along with luxury jams, homemade lemon curd, and other indulgent fillings.
